• Jim, Marty and Andy where great! We had them take down some walls and in our kitchen and add a couple beams to open it up! Along with a new window install. They where onetime and professional through out the process!

  On all of these projects Jim & Leslie (and those they sub with) have been collaborative, flexible, and responsive. On the rare occasion something did not go according to plan (or we changed our minds mid-stream), TLC was happy to accommodate those changes. Projects have been completed on-time and on-budget each and every time we've worked together.

  I give TLC my highest recommendation and will be glad to continue to work with them for years to come.

• Our experience with TLC was outstanding from start to finish. Working with Leslie during the initial walk through and bid process was easier than we anticipated. We had a lot of ideas and she was more than willing to give us estimates and drawing to help us narrow our focus and prioritize our first step in renovation. We settled on a new master closet (we absolutely love the final product!) and replacing a couple windows. During the project, major damage was found due to carpenter ants - expanding our project to redoing exterior siding and joint replacement. Jim was thorough, honest, and very talented in the work he provided. This terrible situation would have been much worse without the right contractor. We will definitely use TLC again for the many projects we have on our "to-do" list.

• EXCELLENT! EXCELLENT! I cannot say more about this contractor and the work they do.

  We hired TLC to do a huge 2 story room addition that included a full kitchen remodel, bathroom remodel and basement addition to add a bathroom/bedroom/work out room. As you can imagine this was a large costly job. We also had very unique requests in some of the materials we wanted to use---think decorative range cover directly from Italy, weighing 900 pounds made of Italian stone! We also did actual recycled barn wood flooring.

  Because of the uniqueness of this remodel we had to be in very good communication with TLC who was wonderful at this and taking care of handling the multiply requests, changes and timing.

  There was even a time during this remodel that we were adding a fireplace but I could not visualize where it should go in relation to the cabinets----so, Jim built a fake fireplace in the location to help me visualize where it really should be placed. So awesome.

  Jim is a contractor who can help you draw out your plans, think thru designs and ALSO swing the hammer! As a homeowner this is important to me because working with a contractor that communicates well and does an excellent job is very needed.

  Our remodel was beautiful and we loved the work and work ethic of this company so much that we continue to refer them to friends and family and hire them for anything that comes up we need.

• TLC gutted and remodeled my kitchen, entryway and roughed in an unfinished basement. They offered great guidance on where to put the extra money on quality finishes in the kitchen and where we could be a little more economical to get the finished look within our budget. More than 10 years later, it stands the test of time - although we have updated with new tile backsplashes, paint, etc. But the foundation of the cabinets, counters, design, accessibility etc. still make me happy!

(We are a flooring contractor) My wife and I decided to use them in our house, and his guys Andy and Marty where more than a accommodating working with or schedules.
